SVMBNB Goes Live on Avail with SOON... The Next-Level Begins!

svmBNB unlocks Solana's speed on Avail with the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). This partnership between SOON Network and Avail makes it possible to run Solana programs on the Avail Network and settle on BNB Chain using the SOON Stack.

This demonstrates how modular blockchains can snap together like lego blocks to create new blockchains that are highly optimized for throughput whilst ensuring low costs. The Avail Stack then stitches them together, connecting them within a much broader ecosystem of chains.

Avail and SOON SVM Integration

The svmBNB Network represents the first SVM execution layer powered chain to launch with Avail DA, bridging the gap between the Solana ecosystem and BNB Chain. By running the SVM on BNB Chain using the SOON Stack, it maintains all of Solana's execution advantages while settling transactions on BNB Chain's established infrastructure and taps into a vibrant ecosystem with 35M transactions with 2.98M active addresses since launch.

The SVM has become increasingly popular among developers, largely due to its success processing transactions for the Solana ecosystem. The key advantage lies in the SVM's Sealevel parallel execution engine, which processes transactions in parallel rather than sequentially like the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). This parallel processing architecture enables dramatically higher throughput and reduced costs.

Sealevel's parallel execution works by allowing multiple non-conflicting transactions to run simultaneously across different cores of validator hardware. This multi-threaded approach enhances scalability and reduces latency, enabling svmBNB to achieve significantly higher throughput at lower costs compared to traditional EVM chains. As shown in the performance metrics, svmBNB can process an estimated 100,000 transactions per second with 50ms flexible block times, compared to Ethereum's 119 tx/s with 12,000ms block times.

By leveraging Avail DA, svmBNB can efficiently post higher quantities of transaction data at regular intervals while maintaining the speed and cost advantages of SVM execution. This makes it ideal for high-throughput applications like games, solver-based networks, and highly liquid markets that require consistent performance to remain competitive.

svmBNB Network At A Glance

The svmBNB ecosystem is rapidly emerging as a powerhouse for next-generation dApps, attracting a diverse range of innovative projects that leverage its unique technical advantages. This parallel processing architecture has drawn multiple projects to build on svmBNB, including CobaltX, Portal Finance, OKX Wallet and others providing seamless user access to the ecosystem. The network's ability to efficiently utilize multi-core processors and distribute transactions across multiple threads creates an environment where high-frequency applications can operate without the bottlenecks that plague traditional blockchain networks.

The network's independent fee calculation system prevents congestion in one area from affecting other operations, while Avail's data availability integration enables efficient handling of high transaction volumes. Settlement on BNB Chain taps into Binance’s vast liquidity and infrastructure, positioning svmBNB for seamless integration across the broader ecosystem.

Looking ahead, the Avail Nexus upgrade unlocks native interoperability with other L1 and L2 networks, enabling assets, users and liquidity to flow freely between svmBNB and other ecosystems including Optimism, Avalanche, Base and more. Users will be able to execute cross chain transactions directly within application interfaces without leaving the app environment, dramatically simplifying multi-chain experiences for users and developers.

The ecosystem's momentum has caught the attention of major exchanges, with svmBNB and Avail recently being listed on Binance Alpha, a clear signal of the growing recognition and confidence in the network's technology and ecosystem potential. This milestone reflects not just technical achievement, but the tangible value that The Avail Stack brings to any ecosystem, enabling seamless integration with one of the largest blockchain infrastructures while maintaining SVM's performance advantages.

Ushering In Higher-Throughput At Scale

svmBNB is redefining what's possible for scalable, interoperable blockchain ecosystems. As the first SVM execution layer powered chain to launch with Avail stack, it's already live and posting data to Avail, achieving transaction fees less than $0.01 with the capacity to process up to 100,000 transactions per second.

Developers building on svmBNB can now combine the best options available: Solana's parallel execution and low-cost throughput, BNB Chain's security and liquidity, and Avail's data availability layer to manage transaction data efficiently at scale.
